“Unfortunately Avis customer care is not as informed as their actual locations were car availability is concerned. After being sent to 4 locations in Dallas Texas not finding a vehicle Greyhound got me back and Warr Acres Avis took care of me as they have multiple times in the past. Staff is pleasant considering the treatment received from misinformed customers entering the location.”
