“This place is the best!! My car battery died and I was stuck in Long Island, NY. AAA came and gave me a jump to start the car but they recommended that I get a battery right away. They did not have the battery for my Ford Edge. My sister recommended that I call Precision Transmission. She was concerned because they close at 5 PM and it was already close to 4:30 PM. I called them and explained my situation. They told me to come on in that they would wait for me. I thought that because they were closing that i would have to leave the car but by the time I got there, they had ordered a battery. The battery arrived they installed it and we all went home! TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! i WILL DEFINITELY BEING USING PRECISION TRANSMISSIONS!!! THANK YOU ERIC & CREW!! SPECIAL THANKS TO THE RECEPTIONIST WHO WAS SO NICE!”
