“10/10*!!!!! I was visiting Bartlesville and knew I needed some work done on my truck. In typical Jon fashion, I procrastinated and forgot to get it done before my trip. Reached out to my buddy in Bartlesville and he recommended Accurate Automotive. I called them and they were able to get my truck in the next day and have it fixed in about 24 hours for a GREAT price!! Great communication, I was able to talk to the mechanic to understand more in depth what was going on and got an excellent breakdown on the Description of Work. “Every time I take my car to tate boys they always hook me up with the best prices and are always so friendly! Today I needed my struts done but had to work later in the day, I brought my car in 20 mins before I needed to clock in and they brought me to work so they could work on it and brought it to my job when they were finished so we wouldn’t have to push it to a later date! Absolutely did not want to drive a smaller Enterprise rental SUV and only one available for us to use locally. Also, staff pointed out a tire that we'd purchased from the local Hyundai dealership that was a winter tire and improperly ordered and replaced on my Palisade. Yeah, I went straight there after speaking with the manager of the repair shop who said that this was causing an alignment problem that I definitely had noticed while driving. Replaced promptly at Hyundai to our satisfaction!”
