“These guys are amazing. Completely happy from the second I walked through the door with the kindness of the office help to driving away with a car that looked like I was driving it brand new off the lot. Completely satisfied and will be recommending them to everyone.”

“I bought a battery for my car just before closing. The employees helped get the correct battery. They did a great job. Got the battery out of the back of the car the next to install it and noticed one of the bottom corner was almost tornoff. I took the battery back and the manager was very helpful in returning the battery with no problems. Great store.”

“Best parts store in town. Curtis is the owner and he go's above and beyond to help. Can't say enough good things about this place. They build hydraulic hoses and can order non-stock parts overnight.”

“Every single employee at number to number was extremely knowledgeable, and yes it is an older company but I have gotten more information from them (bumber to bumper), then I have with all of the other auto part stores (Autozone, Oriellys, etc...all put together! I absolely love everytime I go in there because, I know I'll be greeted with extremely nice hospitality. Excellent place, may not have everything in the store but it's a local community building that has been around since the early 80's, do give them a try you won't be disappointed!”

“I use their pick up program. Easy. To date very fast and correct to orders. I use the pick up because going inside the store I always leave with a back pain. Concrete floors. So, very pleased with pick up.”

“The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is not very busy whenever I have gone. They specialize in parts and have very good prices on most of them. But the prices are high on most everything else unless it's on sale, or you are a rewards member. When it comes to automotive stuff they most likely have what you need or can order it for you.”

“My husband and I came in with Prius and dealt with both the sales and service departments. Super nice and extremely helpful. We're from AZ & have never received such great service at a dealership. Even though they had been swamped (post-Covid catch-up) they took care of our Prius battery while we waited, making call to out-of-state dealership to get needed warranty info, etc.”

“I haven't bought a car from them, since the change from Honda of Bartlesville to Skyway Honda. Bought two cars from them while they were Honda of Bartlesville. They are a no-dicker-sticker dealership, so the price posted on the car is the price you pay. They did the usual thing of trying to sell extended warranties and stuff like that. On one of my purchases they gave me blue book value for my trade. On the other one, they offered us $1000 for a well used 2002 Honda Civic with a standard tranny. Which was probably all it was worth. I mostly want to talk about the service department. I always found them to be reasonable priced and honest as dealership service departments go. In fact for an alternator change out in a CR-V they were only $100 over an independent shop in my neighborhood. Which I would have received and OEM alternator at Skyway, and after a failure of the non-OEM replacement that cost $2000 to repair. I kind of wonder if I would have been money ahead if I had done that. When they were HofB they would try to sell me a cabin air filter change out for $75.00. I learned out to do that for under $20.00 and it takes about five minutes. I see they have a coupon right now from Honda they will change the engine and cabin air filters for only $99.99. I can do that myself for much less and probably takes 15 min. However, since the change in ownership. The service department seems to have stopped some of that stuff. You take it in, have the work done, they give you a report on the condition of the vehicle, like how much tread the tires have left or how thick your brake pads are and if they recommend replacement. They do not try to pressure you into getting any additional work done. I kind of like that change. I just priced an oil change at a local fast lube. Skyway is about half of what these guys want, and I trust them much more than the 15 min or less places.”
