“My son was stationed at Altus for a few months and his truck headlight went out. They had the light bulb we needed and when we asked about tools to help change the bulb out they lent us a whole box of tools. We were traveling and didn't have a full set of tools so we would have had to hire someone to change a simple thing like a light bulb. The staff gets a 10 stars for being solid and helping us out no strings attached. Solid move.”

“Had to get spark plugs for a 2018 kia due to another auto parts store giving the wrong ones, they didn't have them in stock but they did alot of research on our issue and got us on track to finding out the spark plugs where the wrong ones. Installed the old ones and have oem plugs otw. Thank you guys for the help.”

“13 and counting. That's right. My family has purchased 13 cars and trucks from Wilmes Ford since 2004. I have had nothing but the perfect experience every time. They have always been honest and up front. Kevin is my go to guy, none better! All of the vehicles have run perfect, no defects zero problems. That being said: I have two complaints. 1. They wont let me say no. They say x amount ..I say no...they say x amount less...I say no they say xxx amount less AND we will throw in a hat....I say yes. Its terrible. 2. They sold the guy across the street from me the very same 2017 F 250 Supercrew...That's right.... and hes RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! Here I am all ewwww look at my truck im soooo cool I have the only one like it ahhhh. Then I wake up Sunday morning look out my kitchen window and BAM! Double Truck!! Now I know that time moves on and that sooner or later I would see more and more of them but I didn't think it would be so in my face. All joking aside I look at it as a compliment and I should not be snooty about it...... but I cant help myself...just remember neighbor I had it first! See you when the 2018s come out Pal!”

“Have talked off and on with Harry for a few weeks about buying either a underground Grey or black new Corolla. To make a long story short Four Star Toyota traded another dealer for a black on black and I could pick it up October 31st. Car was delayed because of accident on road with delayed me picking car up. I spoke to Harry and he offered to deliver car to me at my home or work on November 1st. I agreed and finished the sale of vehicle sitting in my new car Nov 1st. Harry went above what I expected. Then he filled up the car with gas and handed me the keys! I would highly recommend Four Stars Toyota and would purchase from them again. No pressure and a great experience!”
