“Had a great experience with Smiths! The employees are friendly, honest and they’re reasonably priced. I noticed a lot of the 1 star reviews for Smiths were because of the wait time, but to be fair every shop in Altus has a wait time, and any good business that people trust is going to stay busy!So first of all, I booked an appointment with Smiths and got an appointment a few days out, so I ended up taking my car to another shop in town that quoted my vehicles repairs around $1,300! I decided to keep my appointment with Smiths for a second opinion and they ended up nearly cutting THAT PRICE IN HALF!!Now, we did have a tiny mistake that we were able to catch the first day, however they were closed so we had to take it back the next day. The guys ended up fixing the issue within a couple of hours and the vehicle was driving perfectly! They even offered to deliver my vehicle to me despite how busy they were!Also, like any good business they gave us a voucher for a free service!I definitely recommend Smiths firestone and we will be going back!?”

“When my low tire light came on while driving into Altus, I immediately went to Dillon's. They checked the pressure in each tire. Determined that one of the tires pressure just hit the point for the low tire light to come on, deemed it being from the cold weather, filled up each tire to what it's supposed to be and sent me on my way.Can't beat great customer service like this.Highly recommend Dillon's for vehicle and tire service.”

To make a long story short Four Star Toyota traded another dealer for a black on black and I could pick it up October 31st. Car was delayed because of accident on road with delayed me picking car up.
