They are also ask patty certified which I learned about today. For those that don't know it's safe place for women to be able to do business with mostly men and they promise to treat women with honesty and respect. “I was losing brake fluid causing a warning signal. Another shop quoted me $900 to fix. Cardinal quoted me $400 to fix two parallel lines, so I went with Cardinal. When I picked my car up at Cardinal, he only charged me $200 and said only one of the parallel lines needed fixed. He uses nickel copper lines as well. It has been 2 months and all is well and brake fluid level has been fine. How many shops do you know that do quality work and charge you less than their original quote when you go to pick it up, and far less than other shops?”
“I never thought i would ever say what i am about to say but i actually really enjoyed going into Boardman Subaru and looking around without any pressure from a bunch of salesmen trying to scoop me up. I had some idea what i was looking for so i got the pleasure of meeting and having Jared Czarnecki assist me in finding what will put a great big smile on my face and he nailed it. I absolutely love my new outback wilderness edition and he made every step of the transaction a breeze. During my time there i met and talked to numerous of the sales team in passing and i can honestly say each and everyone of them made me feel like i was more than just a customer..I want to personally thank each and every one of there staff for being more than just there to sell me something. “Myers is hands down the best of the best here in town. They're honest, fair priced and their customer service is unmatched. Hope is a pleasure to talk to and always ensures a timely diagnosis review of all problems, big or small. You can call and speak with her or even text if that better fits your daily agenda. The last 2 occasions I had to have work done was October on my wife's Kia and today on my daughters Ford. Each time the group at Myers identified the issue within hrs and got us back up and on our way. Hope has stayed after hours to receive payment and/or turn my keys back over. I could go on and on but just know Myers is the best there is outside of taking your vehicle to a manufacturers dealership service department and of course way more cost efficient as well.”

“Timeline of events”
The story starts off with me getting a call from a friend. She has a nail in her tire and no tire company around can get said tire until Monday. Today is Thursday. Told by large company that the tire cannot be patched because there is already a patch hole close to where this nail has struck. So we set off on making a few phone calls to buy replacement tires. My friend has a lot of driving to do this weekend and two children in multiple sports so waiting for Monday for a new tire is just NOT AN OPTION . I made one phone call to Elmo’s Tire they got her in within two hours, patched the hole (apparently they are the only ones in Ohio with specific patch material to do this) and charged $32.

“Picture this. It’s Thursday night 8:00PM and I’m driving from NW Indiana to Philadelphia, PA to watch my son wrestle. It should take about 11 hours. It’s me and 4 kids - 11, 8,7, and 3 years old. I’m about half way through when my battery light comes on. I’m driving a 2014 Honda Odyssey with 200,000 miles. It’s dark, I look to see the nearest gas station and it tells me 20+ miles. That can’t be right - I think. Next, the swerve tire signal comes on and the electric starts acting funny. I’m a 45 year old man and I don’t get scared … but I’m actually scared. More for my kids. I pull off to the next exit in North Lima, Ohio - praying to God to find an auto repair shop. Now, the van won’t start and I’m on hold with AAA. They never answer. I quick see that there is a Holiday Inn Express down the street and have my 11 year old daughter drive while I push the van. Windows and doors wide open because the electric was gone. We get it parked and get a room. Friday morning I call 5 different places and leave messages literally begging them to help. I still wanted to get to the tournament, but more importantly wanted to get there and home safely with my kids. John was the only person who called me back. He said the was very very busy, but thought it was the alternator and suggested I try to drive it over. I couldn't believe it when it started right up. I get there and he diagnoses it and says for me leave it with him for a few hours and that he’d try to get it in. He has his friend Paul drive me back so I can be with my kids in the hotel (who were all still sleeping). 1.5 hours later it’s fixed. Paul drives my van out to me and I drive back to pay my bill. I get to the tournament in Philly and back home without any problems. John is an honest, caring, and skillful mechanic. He cares about people and loves what he does. If I lived anywhere near North Lima, Ohio he’d be my guy. I highly recommend John for any auto services needed - from oil changes to tune-ups. He’s honest and one of the best.”

“I am surprised to see any bad reviews of this place, especially ones where people claim to have been overcharged. These guys got my business years ago when I thought I needed two new tires but they had me out the door with a $15 repair that held up forever. In the past year I've taken my car up there a couple of times before a road trip, again willing to replace/rotate tires and they have checked my car and let me know all is well without charging a dime. I would much rather support these guys than any of the chain businesses that gouge you for every penny. They've earned my trust and I go out of my way to specifically go there even though I live some distance from their shop.”

“Had a great experience today with Parker and Damien! Parker showed me my air filter which looked pretty dirty to me and said, it's good, you don't need to replace it yet. He even showed me how to check it myself! He could have very easily said yeah you need to replace this and charged me to do so. I'm helped finish out my transaction and was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for fast, affordable, honest, careful service!”
