“Rytlewski is by far the best auto service I have ever been to since living in this area for 5+ years. Falesha Who works at the front desk is incredibly responsive, great at communication, and is on top of absolutely everything. Gary worked on my Cadillac and although the parts might have taken some to come in due to reasons out of their control, they never failed to keep me in the loop and get the job done as soon as they had all of the materials they needed. After getting my car back I had to bring it in a day later to replace the starter (again out of their control as I went for a different service the first time) and they were able to get my car in the same day and work on it within the same hour and they were nothing but generous and helpful. Rytlewski Auto is Very trustworthy, honest, and hard-working. I highly recommend them to anyone nearby!”

I was halfway through a 4000 mile road trip visiting family when I heard a noise, I checked under the car just to see the control arm that I just had changed before I left was left loose, the bolt was a hair away from falling out. These guys took me right in and had it tightened up in 10 minutes. They were totally fair and honest, knowing full well they could charge me whatever they wanted due to my predicament. But they didn't. Amazing people, ill be sending my mother here for service when she needs it.”

“I have been taking my plug-in hybrid car to the dealership for all maintenance and repairs for 9 years. I address all messages & error codes immediately. At no time was I told about problems w/my ORIGINAL spark plugs. Everybody knows that spark plugs don’t last 9 years, even in a plug-in hybrid car.Sunmark went into the Repair code archives and found the message for the spark plugs needing to be replaced. A message never received from the dealership and their “Auto Maintenance and System Check” processes.My plugs were replaced and the necessary carbon cleaning done. My car now gets 3.9 miles more per gallon when using the ICE (ICE = Internal Combustion Engine). Mileage that used 1/2 tank of gas now uses 1/3 tank of gas.Repairs are all ready paying for themselves.Services: Auto engine diagnostic”

“The owner Robert is a fantastic man I had dropped my car off for a used engine swap there were a few problems but they were able to to fix and rensure me that everything is fixed and up to date Im flat broke and Robert was kind enough to tow my car a fix it with out an additional price and that's very much appreciated this car is the last gift I got from my mom before she past and the fact he took time out of his day to make sure she was running the right way made my day I totally recommend people come here to get work done on there car he's a very reasonable man and will try his best to work on the prices for u my. “I took my truck to Mike and the crew lead by George. My transmission was not an easy task to do as it had multiple problems.They provided the work and away I went. Unfortunately, the transmission broke down, but Mike immediately jumped into action and had the truck towed back to the shop and provided me a ride home.He and Geogr repaired the problem, which in fairness was NOT their fault as a bad torque converter destroyed itself and the newly rebuilt transmission in the process...Mike let me use a vehicle, and they repaired all required with the torque converter and transmissionI am extremely happy with all they have done for me, and I am a hard person to win over, but I have been.I recommend this crew and what they do.Sincerely, Mark kasm”

“Okay, so on 11/8/23 I was hit by a car in the parking lot at work (Camry) when I was not in the car and the car was parked. There was around $1500 of bumper/quarter panel damage. A month later (I am not kidding) I was rear ended by another car in our other Vehicle (Highlander) coming out of Church. There was around $3800 in damage for that "incident". Zero liability to me in either case. Point is; The at fault driver's insurance in both cases had Gerber Wesley Chapel as a preferred shop. I am very glad they did. Shelley hand held me through both instances; two unique experiences with two different insurance companies (that were not my own). She advocated for me during the process; anticipated every move they would make, which was nice as I'd not had body work needed in quite some time. Repair- flawless in both cases. Rental car (Enterprise) integration to the shop. . perfect both times. Amount of time in the shop. . . half the estimated time in both cases; with communication all along the way. In house staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Even got a kick out of the "office dog" (sorry, forgot the name). Bottom line: I'd use them again. I hope I don't have to; but I would not hesitate. Thanks Gerber!!!!”

At Jiffy Lube they show me what is wrong before they replace something. And one time I went to get my brakes checked because I thought I needed new ones and they were honest and told me I didn't need new ones! So now we take all 3 of our vehicles there!”
