“In the past, I only really went to Lowe’s, mainly because I assumed it was cheaper based on the size. Not only was I wrong on that front, I was also very surprised at Ace’s customer service. They actually have real employees that work there. Like literal people that you can see and talk to, it’s crazy. I was all set to buy a floor model grill, but then noticed it was damaged. Two employees got tools out and fixed it. Not in a begrudging manner, they were actually super nice about it. It was like I was in some sort of pre-Covid time machine. I have been at Lowe’s before and literally called the store from an aisle because I couldn’t find any employees to help. I will only go to Ace from now on.”
“I stopped in to inquire about a return. I expected that I would be disappointed and given the run around. I asked for the store manager because I figured this would be the best course of action. However, store supervisors Tana and Manson asked what help I needed. To my surprise, they were able to facilitate my request. They were friendly and helpful. The problem was quickly resolved. “I have been waiting for the 20-ton shop press to go on sale. When I saw that it was $50 off, I stopped at the Xenia store to get one. I first spoke with the cashier, Pharren, she was friendly and quick to get things started. I know that Harbor Freight has more than one SKU# for this product and, I wanted the bolt together frame (SKU# 60603) not the welded frame (SKU# 32879). A store supervisor, Ryan, overheard my conversation with Pharren and knew from memory that the store had two 20-ton shop presses in stock and one of each SKU#. It seems that when I shop at other stores and need this level of help, I get blank stares and told, "I don't know." When it comes to Harbor Freight and especially in this case, I was met with friendly helpful customer service. Thank you Pharren and Ryan!”
