She was able to find the money and move it back into my account and explain in detail to me how it all happened after years of money going in there correctly. I was then able to contact my employer and get my account # updated. I left a voice mail Friday afternoon expecting not to hear anything until Monday. She returned my voicemail at the end of the day on a Friday just to let me know it had all been resolved.”
