I love getting the run around, they call you and want you to call right back but call them and get answering machines, automated junk, no one to talk to and answer questions. Not good customer service.

How the hell can you take pmts for a loan that no longer exist cause it was paid in full? Now I have to figure out where my money went cause your staff doesn’t seem to know. Have had 3 loans with you ... never again. Letting everyone know to NOT use WPCU.

They can stop charging inactivation fees on deceased people after they have been informed of their death and refusing to return the money to the rightful heirs.How low can you go.
