The property seemed to be maintained, and the manager was extremely helpful, and got me (a senior citizen) into a unit that was easily accessible. The rates - for now - are quite reasonable, though if I see much of an increase in the future, I’ll have to look elsewhere.”

“I rented a 10' truck and appliance dolly. When I arrived, the truck was ready to go but there was no dolly. At this point, the dolly was critical since in needed to move heavy washer/dryer up and down stairs. The staff did a great job finding what I needed. Excellent customer service doesn't come from everything always being perfect, it comes from a crew that really cares about the customer and can fix problems when they arrive. This business is outstanding.”

“Love these guys ??I bought a 1990 Nissan ud truck. Couldn't find the right parts for it anywhere, I ordered so many parts off eBay that were all wrong or for different trucks.It was a nightmare, furthermore other suppliers were trying to charge me $100 for a wheel stud.A friend gave me demary truck's number I ordered over the phone in the parts were literally in my mailbox within 2 days. Not to mention they were perfect exact fit.On top of that they only charged me $15 for a wheel stud.I've ordered multiple more times from them and every time it has been exceptional service and the parts have come very fast. Furthermore the people on the phone know exactly what they are doing and know trucks.They have saved me so much time and money I am eternally grateful.??”

“I had a super hectic situation bc the first truck I had rented from a different company, cancelled on me at 7pm the night before I was supposed to move. I picked this uhaul truck up after reserving it in a panic the night before. There were literally no other trucks in the area available! Rhoda was super helpful and so nice!! I had forgotten my wallet in all of the chaos so she helped us get the reservation into my brothers name so we could take the truck. Rhoda was the calm in my storm and made a really stressful situation so much better. Would definitely recommend renting a moving truck from this location. It was a very easy process and I appreciated Rhoda so much ⭐️”

I often make my equipment selection on using this location rather than on which item I want to rent. A different sized truck or trailer isn’t as big of a change as having the right team and location to work with.”

“We rented a van from U-haul to move a desk/shelf unit we purchased online it was the perfect size. We ordered the furniture dolly and the hand cart and both were in the van. We needed to pick up before they opened and used their automated pickup. The app could use some updates but it worked, albeit slowly. But made it nice to not have to wait in line or talk with anyone. All in all a quick easy rental to accomplish the task.”

Josh was extremely helpful, call me back closer to the date so I could get my full free mont, walked me through the contract as I was signing and also walked me through the app so I knew exactly what to do when I get there. This is what customer service is all about! I would recommend this storage facility and ask for Josh, you won't be disappointed. He is awesome!”

“I used to drive for them. Awesome company. People are kind and easy to work with. They don't micromanage. As long as you pick up and deliver on time they leave you alone. Safety oriented. Dispatch kept calling me during a snow storm to let me know it's ok to shut down and to make sure I was ok. I was on their Target account. Good money. I'd go back if i wasn't home off the road. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great company to drive for. Stress free and enjoyable.”

After some rough patches with my payments. I was contacted by UHaul and they adjusted my due dates to line up with my disability income so I would not get any more late fees. Ms. Sara reached out to me and fixed the issue immediately!! Her professionalism is amazing. She has a calm and friendly demeanor. It is refreshing to see such a customer friendly company in todays climate. There are many companies to move and store you belonging. However, I'm not sure if they're where UHaul is with their costumer service. I wholeheartedly recommend them!! And Im confident that you will have the same excellent experience that I had.
