“Love these guys ??I bought a 1990 Nissan ud truck. Couldn't find the right parts for it anywhere, I ordered so many parts off eBay that were all wrong or for different trucks.It was a nightmare, furthermore other suppliers were trying to charge me $100 for a wheel stud.A friend gave me demary truck's number I ordered over the phone in the parts were literally in my mailbox within 2 days. Not to mention they were perfect exact fit.On top of that they only charged me $15 for a wheel stud.I've ordered multiple more times from them and every time it has been exceptional service and the parts have come very fast. Furthermore the people on the phone know exactly what they are doing and know trucks.They have saved me so much time and money I am eternally grateful.??”

“I had a super hectic situation bc the first truck I had rented from a different company, cancelled on me at 7pm the night before I was supposed to move. I picked this uhaul truck up after reserving it in a panic the night before. There were literally no other trucks in the area available! Rhoda was super helpful and so nice!! I had forgotten my wallet in all of the chaos so she helped us get the reservation into my brothers name so we could take the truck. Rhoda was the calm in my storm and made a really stressful situation so much better. Would definitely recommend renting a moving truck from this location. It was a very easy process and I appreciated Rhoda so much ⭐️”

“Our 26 ft truck broke down from Washington DC to Columbus, had the insurance so they gave us another truck. Unfortunately they did not have another 26ft truck for us but did manage to get us back on the road same day. Upon return I met with Sarge at this location who was beyond helpful. A very stressful weekend was made manageable by the help provided by Sarge and the customer service line. Very highly recommend.”

“I used to drive for them. Awesome company. People are kind and easy to work with. They don't micromanage. As long as you pick up and deliver on time they leave you alone. Safety oriented. Dispatch kept calling me during a snow storm to let me know it's ok to shut down and to make sure I was ok. I was on their Target account. Good money. I'd go back if i wasn't home off the road. “I have been using this place for my U-HAUL services now and finally wanted to write a review. First and foremost, this is a LOCAL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS and I have been blown away by their customer service and kindness shown every time I have been there. I’m a firm believer in treating everyone with kindness and when you do that, that’s what you get from this family owned business. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AMAZING PLACE AND GIVING them a chance. But please be patient as it has been difficult for businesses recently to get any help. It also seems most of the negative reviews are from a while back and just from negative people.”

“Arrived about 1600 on a Friday to deal with a DEF derate on a 2020 VNL 860. Great checkin process, the night counter person took great notes about what the truck was doing, then we walked out to the truck and he scanned all the fault codes. With that he was transparent about the number of trucks in line ahead of me and it might not be till Monday as they're closed Sundays. We go back in so I can sign some paper work and he then gives me the tour of the break room, vending machines, fridges for your takeout leftovers, microwave and driver lounge with good seating and a flat screen tele. Not the Taj Majal but way better than most shops I've had the misfortune of sitting in. Small amenities have such a big impact. WiFi and free coffee yall. IYKYK.I slept in their lot overnight, hit the driver lounge Saturday morning and settled in for what I expected would be a days long OOS. About 1300 a tech pops in, and hands me my keys and says I'm GTG and says I can do a road test to run a few miles to get smokes.Can I get a hallelujah !?!?I was worried about losing four days of work, and as I'm a lease driver so was also very concerned about taking a hit in the wallet, but they worked the warranty magic and it was covered.”

“Visiting Dec 4, 23 at 1 PM. Guy helping me check out with boxes and supplies was super helpful! Never got a name from him but I liked him. His supervisor though, wearing a light blue shirt (also never got a name) was INCREDIBLY rude to him. She is a terrible supervisor who, from my five minutes in the store, verbally berated him in front of a customer non stop and kept saying “IM A SUPERVISOR. DONT WORRY ABOUT ME I CAN SAY WHAT I WANT TO YOU”. Really bad look on her part and I feel bad for the nice guy who checked me out.”
