Slow drive thru. I sent the tube to the pnc rep. She acknowledged receiving. I then sat for nearly 15 mins waiting for a simple cash deposit to be done. That's terrible customer service. Sadly I'm seeing this at other PNC locations as well.

Waited 20min before someone came to ask if I needed assistance. I checked in online using the QR code and waited and waited. Seeing 2 out of the 3 gentleman without clients made me furious having to wait that long. Not coming back!

Opened up a new account and had a wonderful experience. Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me find the right fit for me. I had an appointment with Anthony and he was helpful and made sure I had everything I needed and set it up. I called earlier that week and they got me in their schedule and worked around my work schedule. Would definitely recommend.

Well I go in to withdrawal money that was clearly in my account, the teller proceeds to interrogate me on what the money was for and after about 20 minutes of standing there they told me to go to another branch.

Fantastic customer service. When the drive-through line is long, the employees are willing to walk out to your car and make sure you have a deposit slip or anything that could make the transaction go faster. Extremely helpful and appreciated! Love this branch!

I'm not the biggest fan of this branch only because I feel I get attitude from the tellers everytime I come to make a deposit. I know their jobs might not be the best by how one of them actually talked to me about it one day but please keep it to yourself. In addition I wish this branch would stop selecting me as a participant for PNC bank phone survey's.If I really wanted I would do all my banking online through my phone instead of dealing with a real person.With that said, I do not think teller's should be pushing customers to only use the phone option for deposits. I know it's a nice feature we now have with technology, but if you are right next to a PNC and feel like depositing a check you should be treated with the equal amount of respect for coming in and giving them service. I just think this branch needs to think more about how they treat their banking customers. I know all their options for checking, saving and everything is great but they could really use a lesson on how to talk to customers fairly.
