Slow drive thru. I sent the tube to the pnc rep. She acknowledged receiving. I then sat for nearly 15 mins waiting for a simple cash deposit to be done. That's terrible customer service. Sadly I'm seeing this at other PNC locations as well.

Waited 20min before someone came to ask if I needed assistance. I checked in online using the QR code and waited and waited. Seeing 2 out of the 3 gentleman without clients made me furious having to wait that long. Not coming back!

Well I go in to withdrawal money that was clearly in my account, the teller proceeds to interrogate me on what the money was for and after about 20 minutes of standing there they told me to go to another branch.
