“I want to thank Tim Lech for his support as I needed a loaner rental car! I was away from home and I had a total engine give out on my way to Columbus, OH. Unfortunately, the events occurred two days before the fourth of July.
I was lucky to speak with Tim as he assisted in staffing support at the Polaris location. He reassured me that there were economy cars at his central Westerville, OH location. Tim was professional and was transparent about the cost associated with the cars available.
Upon return of the rental, Tim went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I had a safe way to pick up the car I owned because I am not currently living in the area. I would recommend Tim to advise people on their rental car experiences! Thank you again Tim and God Bless You!”

“Reserved a 12 seater van months in advance. Was called a couple times to confirm which I loved. Arrived to pick van up and was giving a 2024. Was busy but they got to everyone in timely manner. Van had so much space and drove smooth. Dropping off van was just as easy. I think the best part was how great the customer service was. You don't have that a lot anymore. So thank you guys”

“I rented a 3 row mini van for a 1 day trip, unfortunately it had some computer issues along the way. The manager of the branch where I rented it was outstanding, she stayed in the phone with me for almost an hour, and found a replacement vehicle for the ride home. When I returned it, she reversed the charges on my credit card, outstanding work Thank You!!”
“I needed a rental car while I had my suv repaired. Enterprise Rental in Gahanns was able to work with my insurance and find me a somewhat equivalent rental to my suv. They picked me up at Caliber Collision Repair shop after dropping my car off. They were able to do all paperwork with me very quickly and give me a copy and I was on my way. When my suv was ready to be picked up, I simply just had to leave it at repair shop. Enterprise picked it up and then sent to my insurance with a digital copy to me. Such a smooth process!!”
“Very good overall experience with Enterprise. Rented a Toyota Corolla with low mileage but with a leaking tire. After fixing it with a partner, Enterprise offered a compensation for the trouble.
Would definitely seek them again for a future rental.”

“I got into a car accident and my driver side was damaged. AA Precise Collision Repair took care of me. They helped me get a rental, a tow truck and did an excellent job on my car. I could not be happier. Brittany handled everything. Make sure you ask for her. They made a bad situation into the most pleasant experience. Not only did they fix my car but they cleaned it up inside and out. If you need to get your car fixed this is the place to go. “It was a quick and easy experiencing reserving a car with Alamo. The vehicle I rented was a brand new Toyota Corolla. On the day of returning the car, I had to extend the use of it by 2 hours. I called Alamo customer service. The call was answered promptly, and the change was made without costing me any extra fees. The only thing that could have made renting this car a better experience for me was having someone walk to the car and show me show me some of its features. I had an issue removing the ignition key. Fortunately, the owner's manual tipped me off on what to do for getting it removed. I had to turn the steering wheel left and right to get it to release. Also, the car was recently washed and not dried off. I would prefer to rent a car with out water on it so that you can easily identify dents and scratches. This car had only two minor blemishes that I reported before driving off with it. I will surely rent another car with Alamo in the near future.”
