“This is a good branch of Enterprise. The office is tidy, clean. Staff helpful and polite. The cars are clean when you get them. (They havent been from other branches/companies). Of the five times we have rented from this location, none have broken down (that has happened other places) and I have had zero issues returning cars. What I don't like... has nothing to do with this particular location, it has to do with the company.... You reserve online. You receive confirmation of what you reserved. You are happy about your choice of cars. You get there and often they don't have what you reserved. This makes you disappointed, sad. This has happened at every branch enterprise we have used. Even this one. We were suppose to have a mid-full sized SUV... what wasnt here was a Nissan (oh so tiny) or a big honking Tacoma. We took the truck.... Which is super nice, but not what we had in mind. This happens to us at every Enterprise, so it seems like its no longer a coincidence. Lol. When we rent a car at Sixt this never happens. Ever. Sadly, Sixt isnt in Ohio so we will keep going here as the manager is amazing here and she takes good care of our rental needs.”

I called and someone attended to me and I was able to go for my gathering out of state. The car was clean and online process very smooth. Hope they had more locations for faster pick ups.”

“Renting at this place was good experience. I rented large size SUV and they gave me larger than that which was not something i was expecting.Whoever was there at office was nice gentlemen, i was little late and he called me to confirm if i still need vehicle, vehicle was ready when i reached. It was not clean so i asked him and he took the vehicle back , cleaned it and gave it to me. There were scratches on the car and he noted all the things and gave me slip so that i wont be charged when I return. Asked for CDW but i declined as i have that from my credit card.Over all this agency is good.Pros:Cheaper than other rental agencies.Cons:1.As cheaper the car quality may or may not be great, while i was waiting i had some customers come in to replace car due to issues in car2. Even though cleaned at my request but this should have been done prior ( i had to wait longer than expected due to this).”

“So we had to rent a vehicle for a few days while the transmission on our van was being replaced. After a few days, we had a weird electrical system issue where the Camry suddenly wouldn't start.They had the Toyota towed from our drive, paid for the Uber to bring me back to their office, and had an Altima waiting for me when I arrived. Cherry on top: When I turned it in, they gave me a more than generous inconvenience adjustment.Bottom line, life isn't perfect and sometimes things go wrong. Owner Frank Igess and his team bent over backward to make things right. What else can you ask for?We'll be renting from them again.”

“I have got to rave about my experience yesterday with hertz. I was in an accident that left my car totaled and me fighting to get a rental car with the at fault party's insurance. They set me up with enterprise who very candidly told me they could not help me cause they had no cars!? What!?I called hertz and Brandon was soooooo helpful. He offered to pick me us since I was without a vehicle. When he got to my house I knew I was going to be cutting it close on time at being able to make it back with the rental in order to pick my kids up from school. I explained my situation and Brandon went with me to the school to pick up my kids before taking me to get the rental car so that I would be confident we made it on time. AMAZING!He then drove my whole family over to the rental car and checked us out in about 10 mins tops with a nicer car than I expected. All in all I feel like I got level 10 service and will shout their praise from the rooftops. This was an example of wonderful customer service and I will be back!”

“I highly recommend this location. I have received consistently excellent service for many years here. Looking at some of the other reviews posted here, I feel badly and will tell my fellow renters I run into here to make sure and post their reviews. I confess that, despite having gone here for many years, it never occurred to me to post a review. This is especially bad because folks then only see the posts from very disappointed renters. It gives the wrong impression of this great location. I first used this location to drop off cars I would pick up at the airport on my return home -cheaper than a taxi!- and to drop off one way rentals from when my flight would get diverted to say, Dayton or Cleveland. I soon started using them for local rentals whenever we were between cars or temporarily needed a bigger car (lots of luggage) or a more fuel efficient one than our current vehicles. I should point out that I frequently use Uber and Lyft locally BUT have found that if I making more than a couple of trips in a day it is far more economical to rent from a neighborhood location than to make multiple Uber/Lyft trips, Especially if it is over the weekend, during rush hour, or you book the car a day or two ahead of time. Of course, while I have had success in this particular example I will use, I do not recommend waiting until, say, the day before Thanksgiving, and expect to get a car quickly. :-) Finally, I don't think anyone will mind if I point out this location also handles Avis rentals.”
“I have rented from this company several times, I can usually get the truck I want same day and the rates are great. Also, when moving last year we rented a storage facility. This is family owned and operated, they give great service and are always very nice when working with them.”
