Very personable and nice people to deal with, both at the front desk and with the service technician. He explained my options and I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of or talked down to because I'm a woman. No high pressure sales tactics here. Service was timely as well. They got me in and out knowing that I was waiting. Initially I intended to walk home a couple miles, but the heat was pretty unbearable by that point in the morning. “Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were traveling to Buffalo from Toledo and our coolant reservoir had a crack causing our truck to overheat. David, who was the manager at the time, along with Joey? The mechanic. Not sure on his name. But both were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Got it changed super quick and even allowed us to take shelter from a horrible storm that came in. GO TO THESE GUYS. They are amazing and incredibly friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to find good, kind, caring mechanics. These guys exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enough about them.”
