“Only used the ATM on this visit. It was easy to get to, but a little confusing to leave from as you are supposed to drive around the back of the building.

“I had a great experience at this branch on Monday, 12/18. I went in to cash a check; the teller Anna was very polite and helpful. While at her station, I saw an informational flyer about high rate CDs, which she gave me further information on and contacted a loan officer to assist me further. That’s when I met with Ray, who was efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. All in all, I cashed my check and was able to open a 7-month CD in under 15 minutes. Very grateful for this branch.”
“I took Home Equity Loan with Citizens and they directed me to Mary Jo at this branch to close the loan. She was a pleasure to work with and got my documents processed in around 15 minutes. No waiting when I arrived. Nationally the company is just okay. I've actually had some difficulty communicating with Citizens Loan Department on a national level. After closing I had another situation came up with checks drawn on the loan and this local office has been very easy to work with to return money to my account quickly. Thank you also to Angie at this branch who has made my business a priority.”

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dollar Bank in University Heights, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere in the bank is incredibly relaxing and calm, which made my visit stress-free. The building and parking lot were impeccably clean, adding to the overall positive experience.

“I recently got approved for their auto loan . The process was preety long taking that they needed a lot more information than what I provided It was worth it. The teller pushed to get me approved. The only thing I was not okay with was communicating about the process once getting approved and once you open up an account. Overall it’s good”

“Through an agreement I can use Firefighters Community Credit Union (FFCCU) through shared branching that allows me as a member of a different credit union that's out of town to use FFCCU's services as if I was a member of FFCCU. I have never had a bad experience working with FFCCU and appreciate that they have helped me make large deposits, get money orders, cashier checks, count coins and treated my kids well when they've come in to bank.”

“The machines usually function properly.My only gripe is .I feel that PNC could do a better job of sanitation of the machines.Birds come through and soil the screen and you have to touch the screen or go to a machine that appears to be cleaner”

“Great curtomer service, most of these low ratings come from individuals that were disrespectful to the bankers and tellers and said banker and tellers stood their ground and don't allow customers to bully them. Why cuss a teller out because they asked for your I.D. to do a transaction the are doing their job to protect you, seriously people grow up. Good job University staff you guys are great.P.S.Huntington look on both sides of customer and your employees in regard to reviews. Some of the customers strictly acting on malice to hurt other with no care of how it may effect them. Please be a good bank and employeer and protect your employees for customer bullying.”
