“Overall, pretty good for a rest stop. Stopped to use the restroom and decided to grab some light snacks. For a gas station it was all pretty clean and the store was laid out pretty well so you could find things easy and get out. There are some fast food options if you need something to eat. They are made to order. Our chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks were made fast, put together correctly and came out hot and fresh. It was cheaper than a fast food place.”
“Belive it or not they have the absolute best humus. I highly recommend the pickle humus. My friends and I call it "gas station humus." The staff are always friendly when I go to buy my humus.”
“I started stopping in here a few months ago because it’s convenient on my way to work & find myself going there even when it’s not convenient! They have lottery, a great beer selection, candy & snacks and the best is their always friendly staff!”

“Normally my goto gas station. Customer service is usually good. However their coolers have been not operating for a few weeks now, so I can’t grab a cold beverage on my way to work like I normally would. They say there is a work order in but the employees can’t tell me when coolers will be working again. So I have been finding myself going elsewhere lately. Hopefully they can get these fixed soon”
“Fantastic store. The owner is a chill dude who knows and loves his craft beer. Got to chop it up with him a bit, cool dude. Sweet craft beer decals on the wall. I’ll have to swing by more often!”

“Clark Avenue beer and wine. Still a convenience store now also offering many alcohol selections. Friendly employees. Fair prices. This store has been in business in this neighborhood for many years. I'm glad to see they're doing whatever they can to keep it going. When I'm back home and will it be I do like to stop in there and pick up things from time to time.”

“The employee,Whom ever the funny guy was who pranked me( I hope u don't get in trouble) actually saved a lot of craziness from spiraling out in my head from a prior event that day. Ptsd. He played a very friendly prank and took my mind off of it, he saw me coming from a mile away probably. This needs to happen more often. Not pranks but light heartedness. Give him a raise.

“This place is always clean and very well kept. I love the variety of frozen boxed meals, even for the vegan or vegetarian! The customer service is awesome, pleasant and very helpful! This place provides ample parking, and easily seen from the main road as well. Great place for quick stop shopping needs”

“Im a manager at a Walmart, so I know the importance of customer service, and how now a days it is difficult to get smiles and good feedback. I went into sheetz today 10/5/25 in willoughby, Ohio. In all the years I've visited any gas station, including sheetz, I have NEVER received such amazing customer service then I did from the time I walked in the door to the moment I was leaving by an employee by the name of Derick. I went to get my daily fix of hot chocolate, bad habit, and he greeted me as soon as he saw me, while filing coffee machine. We each made a little comment on how important coffee is and he proceeded to let me know if I need anything to let him know. I used the self checkout and as soon as I turned around to leave Derick wished me a wonderful day. Now, because of him and his wonderful kindness I believe my day WILL be great. He greeted every customer that walked in while I was there. You have an exceptional employee and he most definitely should be recognized for outstanding job. Thank you Derick for being a positive individual and bringing a smile to my face.”

“The best hummus ever. I just got pickle, roasted red pepper, and roasted garlic hummus and I can’t even pick my favorite. The flavors are infused throughout the hummus and not just thrown on top as a garnish. I can’t even get over how good they are. How are these not famous?! Plus, the customer service is amazing. The lady was literally making them when I walked in!”
