“I love this drive through. We get our 5 gallon water jugs here all the time but they have tons of beer, wine, soda and other drinks. Snacks and tobacco too. It's so convenient and even when there's a long line, you don't wait very long. Everyone is very friendly as well.”

“I just wanna say how amazing Jessica the assistant manager at this location is, she’s always so nice and helpful, I was in there last night and an older lady came in asking if someone could help her open her hood and Jessica didn’t hesitate to go out and help her, you have an amazing hard working employee who def Deserves a raise for all that she does. She goes above and beyond for her customers and it shows, she always has my beer ready and waiting at the counter everytime I come in because she knows I can’t reach up and lift them up she’s the sweetest customer service worker I’ve encountered in a very long time so please keep her!”

“The owner is great,friendly very helpful. Ish is the man too, he's always positive, hard working , helpful and just fun to be around. Barb is one of the main reasons I shop here along with Ish and the owner.She's incredible. I also think Ryan and the 2 young girls are amazing as well. It's a great staff and great place to shop. Great selection of vapes and THC products at better than smoke shop prices. They now even carry kratom.”

“I like this 7-11. They have cinnamon available for coffee which is my fav and a ton of both hot/ready-to-eat food and cold food available especially in the early morning. That's very hard to find in this area, NE Cleveland, for some reason. The Marathon up the street is ok if you're looking for a gas station with different flavors of Rockstar. But the Sheetz is so overpriced on everything that I only made the mistake of going there once--cleaner bathroom tho. Just make sure you already know what the price is supposed to be and watch them numbers at cashout ?”

“Love this place and the employees are always extremely polite and helpful, but for the love of GOD, could someone please train whoever does the donuts. I love the white cream filled chocolate logs but for the last 6 months they have miss labeled them and sold me the bavarian cream filled chocolate logs that i hate. Is there anything you can do to remedy this situation because I truly love the white cream filled chocolate logs. Sorry to vent but after about the 12th time it's extremely frustrating. “I am so grateful for the opener, Tara. Not only was she already managing ((demanding)) customers at 5am, but when every other gas station from Highland Heights to Mentor was down, she had the pumps reset and pumping gas. She had such a positive attitude while under pressure and catering to so much at once. I appreciate her work ethic because it would have been too easy to just say “the pumps don’t work like everyone else’s” rather she was troubleshooting and just taking payments at the counter to guarantee best customer service practices. She had a smile on her face and was even humorous, lightening such a heavy mood after a horrible storm that wreaked this area. She deserves a raise. Cant train a positive attitude.”

“I had lost my wallet today at this location. The staff was so nice the manager was even nicer. She was able to put my Wallet cup into. I return back to the store. Thank god because we don’t have too many good people like that out nowadays the store is extremely clean in order. Whoever the new owner is is doing amazing job. “Every time I’m there, everyone is very courteous and professional. They always take the time to listen to why I’m there. They were able to help me save significantly on on of my prescriptions - over $200 savings!On a separate note, I work in the medical field (dentistry) and one of the huge improvements we’ve made in the past year was implementing an e-prescription service. Our patients prescriptions are now electronically submitted to the pharmacy (this one or any other pharmacy they would like) and filled accurately and quickly. This was recommended to me by the pharmacist at this CVS. The e-prescription process eliminates many of the bottlenecks in the process of filling the prescription - no having to try to read scribble handwriting, faint or mumbled called-in prescriptions, or having to call back the prescribing office to verify any of the information on the prescription.So, if there’s a delay in the filling of the prescription, give the professionals at your pharmacy a break. Make sure your medical provider is using an e-prescribe service. And take time to thank those who are serving your health care needs, they have your best interests at heart. And they may help you save some cash on your prescriptions.”
