We were a bit nervous when we arrived and we're told they had our appointment down for a different day (even though we had text and email confirmation for that day)... but that is where the confusion ended. Every other aspect of our experience was above and beyond. They called when they said they would call, they didn't try to force unrequested service. They even emailed us detailed photos and descriptions of what work needed done asap and other things that were recommended, but not urgent (but not in a forced sales pitch way). Overall a great experience! Even the work they did, they had a repair not replace approach. I will definitely use them again.”

I've even been DENIED service when I heard a noise that didn't sound off after I got here TWICE. I believe a different place would have invented a job. It is rare to find a TRUSTWORTHY mechanic”

“Wife & I went here for Memorial Day sale!!! We did find a vehicle that we liked, but I had a rusted trade in!!! All though they couldn't take it, they tried their hardest to make it work!!! David had only been there a couple weeks, and sales manager was outstanding!!! They appreciated our time & patience, but they did all the work!!! “I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Bob and his team went above and beyond to get my car back on the road safely! I’m horrible with names but the young man at the desk was very professional, dropped me off and picked me up once my car was ready! This will be the Only store I will be returning to when my car needs a repair! I’m not sure why so many negative comments But from what I experienced, Everyone went the extra mile to ensure every customer was attended to! Additionally, they stayed open an extra hour to ensure my vehicle was completed and tested! I’ve Never experienced another shop doing this! Thank you again Everyone!! By the way, I needed both ball joints replaced, left axle, dang near every flush possible, lug nuts, and complete back brakes done!
