“Called to refill a prescription that was past due on a Friday for my son, which was my bad. I spoke to Que W, who was very helpful and accommodated my requests. Que said that they could fill it and send it out on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I had enough medication to last till Monday, so that was not soon enough for me. She reached out to the Pharmacy to ask if they could do a rush order. She also reached out to the Shipping Manager and got special permission to ship the medication overnight. She went above and beyond and made a way for the medicine to be shipped out overnight. A huge shout out to Lee Silsby and Que for meeting and exceeding my expectations.”

“I showed up on a Sunday night for a Monday morning appointment but they took 4 hours to unload me and I was happy and left.It is best to take Diamond Center Drive all the way down to the back of Home Depot and then straight into the docks for Sam's Club where you check in at.Morning shift starts at 4AM.And goes to 1130PM.”

“Reviewing stores and non- food establishments really is not an easy task, do we judge on price, inventory or how clean it is? That is the dilemma on hand for good ole Sam's. Been a member longer then i wish to admit, so for price they are fair, clean yea they do a good job in that area too and variety seems extensive as well. My favorite new part it the scan and go, I can fly in fly out and as I walk by the backed up checkout lines i can only look at all those folks and think to myself "self, am I the only one who knows about scan & go" . “Good location but I mostly drive through the Tyler one now since this one doesn't have drive up. They do have a liquor store though which is fun. Giant Eagle is my grocery of choice and they have a nice get go gas station at this one. Wish produce was fresher last time I checked, but good overall and nice if I want to pick up rotisserie chicken or something for dinner quick.”
