“Great overall shop that excels with speedy service and fantastic customer service. Alyssa was the most recent tech that helped me here. I appreciate how kind she and the rest of the team were. I was running late to work and they got me in and out very quickly. Never felt pressured or "sold" on things I don't need. They seem to only recommend services if they are genuinely applicable or needed. My only con, which isn't the shops fault, is that they are unable to reset my oil light indicator for my Volkswagen. Requires taking it to the dealer which is very unfortunate. I'll come to this shop for everything and anything else though.”

“I’m a new customer at Conrad’s I took my car for the third time this year and I have read some bad reviews but I wanted to try the service and judge for my self instead of reading couple of bad reviews… and I must say they gave me great service and didn’t make me wait forever took my car in fixed it and I was on my way… I dealt with Bryan he is a good guy kept me updated and gave me an estimate and made the process easier… I will definitely be going back there in the future.”

“I forgot to reschedule the oil change for my 2018 Ford Escape. I was so thankful to be able to go into Quick Lane and have it done that morning without an appointment! The gentleman working there was very friendly and accommodating. After it was finished he gave me a coupon and charged me a very reasonable price. If I had to complain about one thing it would be that after they put my car through the courtesy car wash it was still a little dusty in the back! Small price to pay for the great service that I received and the reasonable price I was charged. I'll definitely be back!”
