“They're great. It's always easy to find someone when you need help, and the staff is very friendly. The service desk employees go above and beyond to make sure that they resolve any issues. Now I find out they offer free delivery on some items? Amazing. It's super helpful when you have a booked schedule and only have a day at most to take care of some projects. Suddenly you can take your little evening downtime to put together list and poof, it's all there when you need it without spending hours getting there, searching around and getting back. I also have purchased single cubic yard professional topsoil at the Westerville location and never had any issues. They give you a product as advertised. They do not short you on the product either unlike another chain in the central Ohio area.”
