Today when I showed up they were training new folks and I announced that I wanted to buy several products to amend my raised garden beds. The employees in the know about raised bed gardening told me that I only really needed 1 of those products and steered me in the right direction. It cost me less money, and they got less of a sale, but the fact that they care is huge. It's why I keep coming back and don't go to the national chains.”

“Employees are very knowledgeable and obviously have years of experience DIYing around the home. We have had some projects we weren't exactly sure how to execute. Went into Home Depot and the employees there pointed us in the right direction. They will open packages of screws to see if the fit is right for the piece we brought in. If you don't have the item, they will encourage you to buy several sizes and just return what doesn't work, even if the package is open. It's great, because you aren't risking buying the wrong ones and getting stuck with them.”

My daughter and I were looking for someone to help, and a kind gentleman went out of his way to assist us in the parking lot, helping me to successfully start my car. My main point is that their employees are very kind and attentive to the needs of customers. It's a warm and reassuring place.”
