I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could say in the lobby watched them help 3 other ppl even tho I was there first then after they took my money said I can't open account at all money will be back in month or so like we're all made of money this bank is trash and only cares about them selfs

I just spent about 30 minutes in line for the one teller at Kemba financial credit union on 4141 Hoover Road in Grove City, Ohio. The teller told me they were unable to complete my transaction because the account receiving my deposit did not exist. I went to a nearby credit union and was able to complete the transaction in 5 minutes. I talked to personnel at two other credit unions and they said they would process transactions for Kemba, but Kemba would not process their transactions. Beware, save you time, get knowledgeable tellers, do not go to Kemba.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Refuses to help anyone unless it's to show them the interactive tellers. No care that some members can't or don't like to use them due to some issues with hearing. This goes for all the locations and they don't put members first. Point of credit union was for better service and options than banks but at this point they are just a bank with a fancy name. Member concerns mean nothing.

One of the worst banks or credit unions that I've ever had to deal with. They are all about helping you. If you are positive and in a good place, but if you are down or behind on loans, they will Bury you, they will freeze your accounts. They will make sure that you do not get ahead. Loss prevention is the worst. They are very rude and do not know how to conduct business professionally. One of the worst businesses, I've come across in Ohio hands down.

I have a loan with Kemba. An error occurred on their end with a payment. Kala reached out to me and acknowledged the error. She fixed the error immediately. Love the service and the fact that she didn't try to make an excuse. Errors happen. It's how you handle them that sets you apart.

Edit- called 15 min late. Didn't seem to care. Just let her know we were looking for better customer service.Had a 1 pm phone call scheduled. They texted 3 times to conform and never called, wasting me and my wife's time. I value customer service, if you do as well...stay away. I can't imagine how they treat members.

Their recording is horrible. It just repeats over and over. You have to go on the website to figure out the time they open.

Bad experience with Loan officer, as if banks are not already stressful enough. Male officer made a degrading “uneducated” reference to female. Unprofessional and arrogant. Will NEVER go back.

I have accounts there and they turn off my cards so I can't buy food or gas or get a shower. They don't care that I am homeless and can't do anything now. Thanks alot kemba.

KEMBA is mostly computerized now which doesn't lend itself to the great customer service that hooked us and kept us over the many years. Westerville front desk teller was customer service skills was not what it should be today. The teller acted like it was a problem that I requested to deposit a large amount of single bills that would take an extensive about if time at the machine. She asked me to wait and was gone FOREVER so I did it at the machine. Her actions felt very intentional. KEMBA has become overly computerized! Disappointed

Very bad bank. Small banks like this no resources no good employees. They never call you back!!! Even their website is garbage. I don't recommend this bank even to my enemies if I have them.

BEWARE of drive thru in Westerville, OH. Made a payment 10/28/21 through the new “high tech” drive thru teller. Now looking 6 days later and no payment ever posted to my acct. I would say this is not going to please customers …nor gain any new.Not impressed. Hopefully the video is recorded.
