I had my finger prints taken and the gentlemen at the front desk was very nice and quick. I'm not sure why the negative reviews but my experience was pleasant

Just the rudest and most condescending people. It's just like DMV - since their "business" is not based on quality of service (basically, you NEED them, you have no choice), they can act however they want.I would advise you to go to ANY other location but here. Even if you have to drive an extra 10-15 minutes, it's worth it to not have your day ruined by these obnoxious, unpleasant creatures. Look at the star rating...obviously everyone feels this way.

I was just met by the worst receptionist ever. On 04/13/2022, at 12p.m. whoever that was working behind the desk has no business in customer service and greeting clients. Beyond rude. Hope someone from there sees this.

Very condescending and rude. Not very knowledgeable about their job. I made a call to see what documents I needed for I9 And was told they didn't know because they just followed the drop-down boxes. The only reason I went because I was scheduled there I would never do it willingly other than that.

I was greeted promptly as I entered the building by a friendly face. Everyone was masked and there was plenty of sanitizer around. The woman who took my fingerprints was very friendly and caring!

Very rude front desk staff. We made and confirmed an appointment over the phone. When my driver arrived 15 minutes before his appointment he was told he needed to reschedule. They simply did not own up to their mistake and made us feel like we were lying. They were not very friendly towards me or my driver. We will not be going back.

Friendly staff, but extremely shocked that 2 out of 3 staff members who I interacted with were NOT wearing masks during a PANDEMIC. In my opinion, if you are dealing with the public and expect them to wear a mask in your office, you should demonstrate the same level of respect by your own employees to protect your clientele. I wanted to leave the minute I entered the office, but I needed to get documentation for employment. Professionally and socially irresponsible during such a time. I recommend finding another vendor who demonstrates more responsibility.
