this particular location is GREAT and I’ve been there for years but with the Price increase you think they could buy some lightbulbs for the sign so we can see where it’s at night!

Rented a storage with Angel today, she was extremely helpful, kind and handled businesses quickly. Thank you guys! I also wanted to share that the customer service team that I spoke with did not relay my reservation when I spoke with 2 associates over the phone earlier this week. That wasn’t cool.

Tammy was awesome to work with and was explained all the necessary paperwork. The facility was extremely clean. The entire process took less than 30 minutes to fill out paperwork, tour the storage unit and sign the paperwork.
