“We used a 5’x10’ unit for a temporary (<1 month) storage space before we moved into our new place. On the first of the month we were ready to vacate the unit, but originally thought we would have to pay the whole month’s rent since the month had started. Kathy called us back and had checked on our agreement - turns out since we had rented on the 5th of the last month that we were still within 30 days and wouldn’t have to pay the new month for an empty unit! She went out of her way to be helpful for us, and even let us know that a previous tenant had left behind a very nice TV stand that we could take if we wanted it (we did!). Thank you, Kathy!!”
