“I was very impressed! I called prior for pricing on a used tire and was happy with the price for install. When I arrived I was helped by the manager (I believe that's what his position is or could be owner) who remembered the call and the tire number. I felt a little up-sale while the tire was being installed but at the same time I'm sure my other tire needed replaced and I needed alignment and brakes soon as well. I feel they are very honest! I ended up getting two used front tires with EXCELLENT tread & for an awesome price compared to other competitors nearby! My car rides so much better! They were friendly and quick. I will definitely return!”

“My car was stranded in Lowes parking lot overnight. Called them and within 2 hours had a tow truck ready and by the time I got back to the car they pretty much were just waiting for me to start the car. Time estimate I gave them for me being there was dead on so he was just ready. On top of it just had a very pleasant man work with my extremely limited car knowledge and was in and out somewhere between 5-10 minutes. If I'm in the area again with a bad incident like that I'd be surprised if I didn't call them again.Service: Car towing”

“Best car trouble experience I’ve ever had thanks to these guys!! Connor and the team are amazing. Took care of everything super fast so I could get home to Nashville safely and on time!! Connor especially is so wonderful! The way he was interacting with every single guest who walked in as well as employee was unlike anything I had ever seen before! I know nothing about cars and the work atmosphere Connor cultivated almost made me want to learn just to be part of the team, lol! The team was so clearly just that, a TEAM, and they were being so playful with each other yes professional and efficient all at the same time!! Seriously the best work atmosphere I have witnessed quite possibly ever. Customers were like regular family and friends to them, and they were all confident, knowledgeable and happy to be there. Not to mention, they answered all of my questions with enthusiasm! Their joy was contagious and Connor made it very clear that he is customer focused in the way he made sure everything was fixed, double checked and affordable for me, prioritizing my safety above all else. “The team at big Poppa‘s did a great job on my 1988 Lincoln. It came with a pioneer deck and some pretty decent speakers, but had no power and I thought it was short of what it could be.. they said before replacing any speakers let’s install a new amp and see how it sounds. It sounded awesome and they also removed a huge tangle of bad radio wiring and put all new wiring in. I could not be happier take your car here they will treat you well and in an honest way.”

“Dropped off a wheel with some curb damage, I was worried initially about matching the finish and color of the factory finish, but I honestly couldn’t tell the finished product apart from one of my other three wheels, I dropped it off at 9am, and was called around 1:30 saying it was already done. Price was extremely reasonable and everyone there was super pleasant. Thanks again.”

“I’m a new first time mom and I came in with a severely flat fire that couldn’t be savaged. I came in expecting to just need that one fixed, to find out I needed a second one replaced as well and the others needing changed soon after. Recently coming off maternity leave, I only had about $200 to spare and after looking at how unsafe those tires were for a new mom and an infant; Angela at the front desk and Josh the store manager made me getting all four tires possible so me and my son can drive around safely. I’ve never experienced such good customer service and it seriously made me want to cry. There are good people in this world still, and turns out they exist at my local tire place. “Tried to find a reputable and honest offroad shop to build the jeep of my dreams. Other shops would promise to deliver on the build I was looking for. However only one would follow through and deliver. I can honestly say from the owner to the techs their level of commitment was astonishing how they handled building my jeep. After the build was completed I then took part in one of their Moab utah trips. All I can say is they delivered on a dream build and then took me on a dream trip to some of the best wheeling I could have imagined. Thank you highlift off road”
