Ron took the time to touch up areas that were not directly damaged in the accident in order to smoothly blend the paint color and improve the look of the car. He was quick to respond to our calls and was flexible with scheduling when it came to dropping off and picking up the car. Highly recommend!”

“Since my days as the original HUb Coordinator at 1702, 1702 has stopped being the local Hub Store. The new store down in Tri-County is now the local Hub Store. It's a much larger space than 1702 so that was a good decision on AZ's part. Surprisingly though 1702 had my part and the new Hub Store did not. I could have gone to 1702 to get my part but I don't like going there since I was forced by an exceedingly rude, and unprofessional, former manager to challenge him to call me when he thought he was a man so that I could take an apology out of him out back by the dumpsters. The grey shirt at Union Center ordered my part as a transfer and to be delivered as part of his next day's hub delivery. I appreciate his efforts. Sadly, I have forgotten his name. But give him a pat on the back for exemplary customer service.”

Phil, the owner, and a Lakota High School graduate was awesome. He was honest about everything. He went over every aspect of the vehicle.
