“I’ve only had GREAT encounters at this Goodyear location. During my last visit, I had a tire replaced for free (because I bought the tire protection). Long story short, I told them that the screw was in the wrong tire?? The store manager, Michael, got me in the next day and replaced the tire (again, for free) HIMSELF. Came into the store afterwards, dirty hands and all, in about 20 minutes. He epitomizes amazing customer service and deserves a raise!!”

“I made an online appointment that, for some reason, didn't get into their system. It was for a wheel balancing check as I noticed some steering wheel shimmy. The gentleman at the front desk assured me that they would get me taken care of. He gave me an approximate time and shaved an hour off it! “I went into Fire Stone for a plug, only to find out that I needed a tire. Thankfully, Fire Stone didn’t leave me to pay for a plugged tire.
One being, that it wouldn’t have been safe because the seal wouldn’t been secure enough to hold, due to where it needed to be plugged.
I’m mentioning, this to show the integrity of their decision making, to my benefit which is my safety.
However, I’m thankful and can appreciate the integrity of their business. And I understand that could have been a liability issue as well for them.
But they are truly, a place that I can trust, and recommend. You can trust them to be honest, and put the customer first.
And they, also gave me a great deal on the new tire, And I look forward to going back to purchase my other (3) tires in the near future.
