“I walked into this location to use the ATM and was experiencing issues with my card - it’s nearly expired and old. Kason promptly greeted me and when he recognized I was in a bit of a hurry, he helped me set up a digital card to be able to use the ATM rather than stand in line for the teller. Kason, you’re a natural born salesperson. If you don’t move up in the ranks at the bank, you have a good calling in sales. Thanks for your help. I’ll definitely use this location again.”

The service was definitely 5 star.Why giving 4 star is because there must be something wrong with their phone number on google. I couldn't call the branch. This also happened to another branch's phone number.”

“I've had some somewhat long wait times here but over all, the people have been really friendly, especially if they recognize me (I come here a lot for work deposits). I guess I'm more patient than others, it's not a fast food restaurant lol. They also seem to have new people a lot so I imagine getting people trained and sticking around is tough but idk for sure. I hope they're treating employees well, it's gotta be hard working at a bank”
