Cannot even do the simple task of exchanging bills out for rolls of quarters, go to Chase Bank right next door and avoid this Fifth Third, usless.

The service at this location is so consistently poor. Today there was only one teller, who chatted with a customer as the line built up in the bank and I waited in the drive thru. This is pretty consistent for what the experience is like here.

One star for their phone system. I called 6 times over several hours during the day and kept getting transferred to "...hang up and dial again." I never did get to speak to someone.
