I was looking for the Samsung 23 ultra. I called several of the cricket stores in the area trying to find this phone. When i called one of the stores the employee told me they could order it. If I just wanted to come in and get one. So i was on my way when I was still calling area stores. So I called spoke to ROSS an employee there. He tells me they can not order it and that they no longer carry that phone and to call him back and let him know if they do ?. I got there HE HAD LIED to me! to get me there. When I got there in hooes of me buying an alternative phone! I left!I called Ross back Ross back and he said to come in and would hook Me up. He promised to be as truthful as he can be. I told him I just wanted somebody honest.When I get there the store is a really nice store.He's very polite, Friendly and very nice. He knows his products AND knows them well!Hhe knows what all of them are capable of. He was so much help me choose which one was best for me. he hooked me up with a good case and a charter brick that I needed for this specific phone. He's very intelligent.He watched my price so to stay under thr amount of money. He was very economical.He knew where to stop on the amount to keep me going to the next tax bracket.?He taught me things that I didn't know like, I didn't know that you have to use original cord that came with the phone or it voids your phones warranty. ROSS was an excellent salesman.with me. He is really really good. And Honest and very respecul.that's hard to find! AND He told me if you have any questions call him. And he MEANT it. He explained a lot I didn't know and different features. He explains things really well.I also got everything at a decent price. Not the phone I wanted but I'm OK with this alternative. And case. So Please, please if you're buying a phone. Go to this store and ask for Ross because knows his business. I highly recommend going there anytime you want to deal with cricket. I am in Xenia but it was worth the drive to need anything.A+ Seller Highly recommended That's the only place I'm gonna go from now on. Ross makes it worth the trip.”

“Went in 45 minutes before closing and met with Alex. Wife's phone reset itself and had issues with the Apple ID. Asked Alex if he'd ever seen this before, he stated "No", I got a little worried, was thinking I'd be spending some money replacing the phone, but 20 minutes later, Alex had the phone working like new. He was a professional, used his own phone to look for additional information about the problem I brought him, never doubted himself. Can't say enough good things about Alex or the rest of the staff @ this location. Any issues or concerns have been handled immediately and resolved quickly. Never any billing issues, same amount auto deducted every month. App works well, if there's a problem, call the store, if they can't resolve it over the phone, then in person they'll handle it. It's seamless and one less thing I have to worry about. We tried the home wifi, sadly, it didn't work well enough for us, NO hassle returning it, no upselling or haggling. Just said OK and provided a return UPS label. Check these folks out if you're in the market to switch or sign up for cellular service, you won't regret it...”

So we went Cricket and a really special person by the name of Willy PATIENTLY helped her for about an hour or more.
