My daughter is special needs and he was very good at working with her!! She came home excited to play again and has even picked up a couple things from his lesson!! In fact, having dealt with both, I can honestly say there is a deeper interest in customer service from this third part TMobile than in the "corporate" store!Jaden went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal and delivered that deal better than I expected! Her and Abe even went the extra mile and drove to another store to get the equipment I wanted! The "corporate" store would just simply order it.Bottom line, being a long time Verizon customer, T-mobile simply offers better and more economical plans and service. Add that to the impeccable service going above and beyond by this store, you won't be let down!”

“Costco has quality merchandise and you know what? If it's not quality, you can return it. They have a great return policy that makes me feel confident when making a purchase. I do find that the prices of items will be different online as compared to in store and this could go either way. The store is always clean and organized. For me, well worth the cost of membership!”
