“I had been shopping for a mini cooper convertible and found Alex at American Auto Credit with this very unique Mini . He made the buying process very smooth and he’s very knowledgeable about the cars. He does his own mechanical work and the timing belt and new brakes and tires have all been done before I purchased. As with purchasing any pre- owned vehicle there have been things that have come up and Alex has gone out of his way to make things right. He has provided a car for the day while work is being done. “Visit was quick, workers were friendly, and there was almost no wait time. However, this place is extremely expensive. I would highly recommend just doing oil changes yourself. Just go to Walmart next door, look at the oil cap of your car to see what kind of oil it uses, then you can find much better oil and oil filters in the Auto section. It usually costs half as much to do it this way. Save yourself 40+ bucks and do it yourself.”

Chris was amazing, he went out of his way to do a thorough inspection of my car and then went above and beyond by looking into things that I asked which he was not required to do for the inspection but did anyways free of charge. The service was fast and incredibly polite. Would recommend to anyone needing a tune up.”

“This is my second time which would make the second oil change in a row. Both places that I’ve been to had amazing service. This last one was in Twinsburg off 91 and they were very nice. They were very polite. It was very fast and they always do what you ask and not try to sell you and that’s what I like. I understand the business and everything they sell more money they’re making but he asked me if my windshield wiper blades were OK and I said yes and that was it. He didn’t try to hard sell me. He didn’t try to make me feel uncomfortable and I appreciate that I appreciate that I showed up and the only thing I needed was an oil change. Have done it myself…yes. But at the same time the quickness, how fast you’re in and out and how polite they are makes up for it and it’s appreciated that a business is there and can understand that you’re here to get an oil change. I appreciate you letting me know something else needs fixed but I don’t need you to try to hard sell me so much that I get mad. Thank you very much. And I will be returning”

She was able to change both filters, and add air in my tires and double checked my vehicle to make sure it was ready for me to pull off. This one so far was the best to go to. Thank you Carolyn”

“Update: After calling them this morning, they were extremely apologetic after asking them when my car would be ready. Turns out it was ready all along on Saturday, but I did not get a notification that it was completed. They were surprised and sincerely sorry for me not having a car since Saturday. They ended up making it right for me. Appreciate their customer service!
I usually give Conrad’s 5-stars every visit, but I am a bit disappointed and frustrated after having dropped off my car for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 11am for a scheduled appointment. They asked if I needed it at a certain time, and I said no, assuming I’d get it towards the end of the day rather than right away. I waited to get a call and nothing. Now they are closed and I’m out of a car until Monday. I would have appreciated a courtesy call to let me know that they were not able to get me in today and that I have the option to pick it up and drop it off on Monday or confirm that it was okay to hang onto my car. I’m very fortunate we have another car at home but if I didn’t I would definitely be SOL. This location has always done an awesome job and has called me at times when they have had to keep my car overnight, but I’m surprised I didn’t get the courtesy this time around. It would have been nice to at least be contacted so I had an option.”
“They were quick, friendly and took care of my vehicle. I left it to them to find a bulb for my front light that was out. I asked them to give me the cheapest, and they did. I was very happy. Someone called me as soon as they were done. Unlike other places were they finish and just don't call. I've had that happen several times.”

They took my car in right away and Danielle kept in contact with me, attached photos of what the problem was, my options and the cost. My car was finished two days later and the price was way less than I expected from a chain shop. If I have any more car troubles, I will definitely take my car here.
