“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

“I typically visit the Lakewood location as that’s the area I live in, but this store is close to where I work. I was here 2 days ago to get an oil change and I was amazed by the team they have working there. They were polite, answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable. The manager even personally removed and changed out my cabin filter. Now I know you’re thinking that comes with the service, right? But the Lakewood location has never changed my cabin filter. So I completely forgot until it was completed. The filter was disgusting to say the least as I had this car for 18 months now. Great service guys and thank you for thorough work! 10/10”

“I was a walk in as a first time customer to Conrads to have an exhaust issue inspected. Ron and Paul greeted me and did not hesitate to get me in to look at the vehicle so I left it for them. A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! This is a great team over at Conrads and since I work right around the corner, I no longer have to worry about scheduling appointments anywhere else because Conrads has my business from now on.
