“Ron and the team at Conrad’s in Solon took excellent care of me. I unfortunately got a flat tire at work and my insurance would only tow my car a limited distance, which meant I could not get it towed back home near where I live, however this was a good thing because randomly I picked Conrad’s in Solon for my car to be towed to and it was meant to be! Ron expedited the process of getting my flat tire repaired and was very understanding and compassionate! There are good people in this world and Ron at Conrad’s is definitely one of them! Thank you!”

“EXCEPTIONAL OVERALL. Great management and friendly staff. I had a blowout on the freeway on my trailer, so I drove on my flat there. Although they didn't have tires for trailers, he offered several places that sell tires. They even let me keep the trailer there overnight till I returned with a tire, and they even installed it for free. I can't say enough about how helpful they were and how nice they were. I will be purchasing my tires there for my vehicle there for sure.”
“This location in Macedonia is excellent!! They spoke to me about everything I needed to know about taking care of my vehicle. I originally went to the north randall location and waited outside for 10mins and no one made their presence known. Going to Macedonia was my initial thought process because the north randall location has let me down so many times. Now I know better for my future services! They took care of me and the team worked great together!”

“Visit was quick, workers were friendly, and there was almost no wait time. However, this place is extremely expensive. I would highly recommend just doing oil changes yourself. Just go to Walmart next door, look at the oil cap of your car to see what kind of oil it uses, then you can find much better oil and oil filters in the Auto section. It usually costs half as much to do it this way. Save yourself 40+ bucks and do it yourself.”

“Came in for a leaking/flat tire. Mechanic quoted me a fair price for fixing the tire and began working on it immediately. They were upfront about the cost and would pause service if they needed to replace the tire because it would have cost more. Overall, they fixed the leak (nail in tire) and it was free because the tires were previously installed at a Conrad’s location.Unrelated but I would call ahead and make an appointment if you can. That seemed to help because I only waited for a half hour.”
“Carolyn gave me the best customer, the last take 5 I went to did not change any filters or put air in my tires. She was able to change both filters, and add air in my tires and double checked my vehicle to make sure it was ready for me to pull off. This one so far was the best to go to. Thank you Carolyn”
“Got a wash, 2nd package up, idk, it wasn't anything great. Didn't really clean the car all the way and certainly didn't clean the wheels at all like it said it would. It's sort of like getting heavily rained on with a tad bit of soap.”
“They were quick, friendly and took care of my vehicle. I left it to them to find a bulb for my front light that was out. I asked them to give me the cheapest, and they did. I was very happy. Someone called me as soon as they were done. Unlike other places were they finish and just don't call. I've had that happen several times.”
“This is my second time which would make the second oil change in a row. Both places that I’ve been to had amazing service. This last one was in Twinsburg off 91 and they were very nice. They were very polite. It was very fast and they always do what you ask and not try to sell you and that’s what I like. I understand the business and everything they sell more money they’re making but he asked me if my windshield wiper blades were OK and I said yes and that was it. He didn’t try to hard sell me. He didn’t try to make me feel uncomfortable and I appreciate that I appreciate that I showed up and the only thing I needed was an oil change. Have done it myself…yes. But at the same time the quickness, how fast you’re in and out and how polite they are makes up for it and it’s appreciated that a business is there and can understand that you’re here to get an oil change. I appreciate you letting me know something else needs fixed but I don’t need you to try to hard sell me so much that I get mad. Thank you very much. And I will be returning”

I need to drive 2 hours to Columbus tonight and didn’t want to do that drive on a spare. So I took my chances and showed up. “Had a very dirty car after driving cross country; the team was extremely thorough in removing all of the bugs from the front bumper and even gave me a free second wash (completely unprompted - and included a works wash even though I had only original got an express exterior wash) to ensure that my car got really clean. Highly recommend.”
