“I had to rent a car for my boss on very short notice. I went to Hertz in Vandalia and dealt with Spencer and his manager. They were both fantastic! They delivered the car to my boss once she signed all of the necessary paperwork, and Spencer even gave her a thorough walk-thru of the car before leaving. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and my boss loved the car!”

Paid for rental in advance and filled vehicle up with gas prior to return. No additional charges were added. Overall good experience.”
