“Hello enterprise, my experience was nice ?What im concerned about is the employee not keeping track of damages to the vehicle?On my paperwork guy put "scar"???The scar was already there.....so there shouldn't been no damage reported on my paperwork, ok!Didn't make sense to me??? He could've at least asked me about it???”
“We were trying to get a rental from insurance claim because I was involved in a car accident. The other enterprises customer service was one of the worst but surprisingly, couple miles down the road, this one is completely different! KaLa Harris was wonderful, she was more than happy to go out of her way to get a vehicle for us. She has changed my feeling toward enterprise. Thank you Kala!”
“I'm a gold member which is easy to do, you can become one by the time you finish this is review. I walked in, they verified my information and I walked right out. No d*** questions or up sells. That's the type of service I like. The car I got was clean and in great working order. It had enhanced cruise control which was great as I was driving nearly the whole way on the highway.”
“I have rented vans from them many times! They are fantastic and for those who need vans that are made for the disabled they go above and beyond the call of duty!! My sister and I are thinking of buying a van that is accessible and this place is the place to go for that too. They will do their best to even equip your van with what you need to make it accessible for you if they possibly can. They are amazing and I highly recommend them!!”

118 W First St, Dayton“I rented a Model 3 for my husband’s birthday. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. When I called, Dana helped me choose the best vehicle for my purposes. The online reservation process was easy. Dana had the vehicle ready to go, and was so patient and knowledgeable. The car was beautiful and drove like a dream. When we dropped it off, he spent time talking to us about the differences in the vehicles within their fleet. My husband had an awesome experience every step of the way. We will be back and will definitely recommend Eventures to friends and family!”

500 N Main St, Dayton“They picked me up from my hotel to rent the car, then returned me to my hotel after i returned the car. They don't do that on Saturdays, though, which is not ideal. Definitely an industry that is as busy on Saturdays as on weekdays, maybe more. I wish they were open 7 days.I had to return the car early because a tire had a leak... they just gave me a different car. And I bought their insurance, which covered a scratch.Very friendly employees with very rude customers. Hopelessly understaffed on Saturdays.”

“My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”
“Love the Dollar Airport location! They have been great. Very quick and easy process. The price that I was given when booking online was the price that I paid upon picking the vehicle up. There were no hidden charges. I highly suggest signing up for the express rewards as it makes the process so much easier.”

3600 Terminal Dr, Dayton“Car was great except when doing a walk around when getting the car, I noticed the door skin to the fuel door was missing (just the plastic frame). When I mentioned it to the attendant when exiting Avis, she didn’t say anything but “You’re good to go”. I even sent a reply to the email I got later from the Avis Airport Manager, Ryan Vance, at Dayton Airport with a photo and didn’t get any reply back. I was only concerned about getting charged for damage I didn’t cause and that was the condition of the car when I received it.”
