“OK, I rent cars a lot to travel to see my grandkids. My kids are in the military. I’ve been to different enterprises, but this one took care of me and they were so nice about it. They talk to you with respect, and if you need to extend your rental they don’t have an attitude, they always smile. You never know what someone is going through this location really helped me get through what I needed to. I appreciate you. “Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff at every contact, from booking over the phone (I called and booked from New Zealand) to receiving the car then returning it to the terminal at the end of my trip. All were young people who were relaxed, polite and seem to enjoy working there. I picked up a brand new Nissan Rogue on April 15th and drove for 17 days without a single issue.”

“I had to rent a car for my boss on very short notice. I went to Hertz in Vandalia and dealt with Spencer and his manager. They were both fantastic! They delivered the car to my boss once she signed all of the necessary paperwork, and Spencer even gave her a thorough walk-thru of the car before leaving. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and my boss loved the car!”
