As always the staff at the counter are quite rude. I really don’t understand is management do something about these kind of staff to improve their customer relationhip. Maybe the can go training under ALAMO to learn how to communicate with the customer.

Make sure to use your credit card not your wife’s credit card or they will not let you rent the car. Even though it lets you book it that way on the app.
