Showed up and they refused to honor our reservation due to it being made a few hours earlier. Even if it was last minute there's no excuse for accepting a reservation you can't honor.

I asked for prepay gas but they didn’t record it. Charged me $10 a gallon totaling $180 even though I requested prepay and turned it in with 1/2 tank. Extremely incompetent and rude.

As a preferred member: Waited outside, had to go inside, waited inside, upgraded to SUV, car was hot boxed and unbearable/unbreathable with cigarette smell, waited outside again, sent inside, waited inside again, finally got a car. Should’ve taken 2min, took 35min.
