“This place is the real deal, look no more. Kevin really helped me out. He really seems to care deeply and enjoy the work he does. I really feel like I found my go-to auto repair shop. I left feeling good that my truck was working again and an issue that I had no idea how to approach myself (as somebody who likes to work on his own vehicles) was fixed as well, preventing future problems. “The guys at Burnt Rubber took great care of my truck, and me! Unexpectedly, my exhaust rusted out, and was dragging on the ground. I was able to temporarily tie it up enough to get it home. I called a few repair shops, however they said the earliest they could get it in was in about 4 days. Not having a spare vehicle, I couldn't wait that long. I got a referral from a friend to call Dave from Burnt Rubber Garage. I explained my situation, and he moved his schedule around to work my repair in for that same day. He gave me honest/fair pricing, and was able to make the repair saving me from having to deal with getting a rental car, juggling schedules, etc... Great customer service, and quality work... I would highly recommend them!”

“I had gone to Rapid Wrench, as i was told by Take 5 Oil change in Medina that i needed a coolant flush ASAP. They had advised it was 149 dollars and that my coolant was black. I make an appt at Rapid Wrench as i also needed brakes. I was surprised when Rapid Wrench called and told me i did not need a coolant flush and that my car fax had reported it was already done recently. Rapid does fantastic work, their communication is excellent and my car was completed as promised for the price quoted. Highly recommend for all of your car care needs. Thank you !!”

“I was having a braking issue as well as needing new all season tires. They were great about getting my car in the shop the same day. They informed as to the brake issue (including pictures), explained the repair and cost. The brake repair and tire change went smoothly and quickly. They filled out my tire rebate, even gave me an envelope and stamp. When it was time for pick up it was showing heavily so they came to my home and picked me up so I didn't have to walk to the garage. Great service. Great price.”

“These guys are absolutely awesome! I bought a vintage 1979 Ford Bronco to restore. I went to probably about 15 repair/restoration shops and as soon as I was done talking to these guys, I knew that this was the place I was going to trust with my vehicle. For starters, everyone who works there seems really passionate about what they do. These guys were excited to hear my repair/restoration plans and even offered advice and tips on how to tackle everything. I had a huge laundry list of things that I wanted them to fix and replace and they went through everything, and then thoroughly explained to me what they thought was salvageable, and what needed to be repaired or replaced. They’re fast and honest, and I absolutely can’t wait to see their work when they’re done with it. I’ll be bringing my other 3 vehicles here for life now and will refer anyone that I can. “I love going to this particular Mr. Tire location. I've been going there for years. The entire staff are really good at what they do. They let you know what the problem is with your vehicle and they explain everything to you so that you understand it. They are very efficient and they are always more reasonable than other shops when it comes to pricing. I love the fact that they make you feel warm and welcome. Sometimes my vehicle repairs are complete and I'll still be there watching TV. They also have very interesting shows on and I often get caught up in them and the Staff doesn't mind that I'm still there watching the TV. Lol! I just love the Guys over there! Go check them out!”

He was able to fix my problem with a couple zip ties and no charge! Amazing! I worked closely with Charlie; his attention to detail is impressive! He battled with the insurance company to ensure that only OEM parts were reinstalled. I had no issue waiting a month to get it right. Perfection takes time. No orange peel, and the gaps are perfect, just like it left the Toyota factory back in 2022.

“Had an issue where my car wouldn’t start and figured it was an issue with the starter after testing the battery and trying to jump, among some other cues hinting at a starter issue. This shop promptly accepted my tow that would be happening a couple hours later and estimated they’d look at it either the same day or the morning after, at the latest. I was pleased to get a call not long after my car arrived at the shop that the issue was indeed the starter and that it would be fixed by the end of the day. Got another call a couple hours later saying it was ready to be picked up! Everything was a very fair price and the work was done very promptly. Would take my car here again if there’s another problem in the future!”
