He was very friendly and walked me through the various options for some of the service options I needed for my car. “The guys at Burnt Rubber took great care of my truck, and me! Unexpectedly, my exhaust rusted out, and was dragging on the ground. I was able to temporarily tie it up enough to get it home. I called a few repair shops, however they said the earliest they could get it in was in about 4 days. Not having a spare vehicle, I couldn't wait that long. I got a referral from a friend to call Dave from Burnt Rubber Garage. I explained my situation, and he moved his schedule around to work my repair in for that same day. He gave me honest/fair pricing, and was able to make the repair saving me from having to deal with getting a rental car, juggling schedules, etc... Great customer service, and quality work... I would highly recommend them!”

I made an appointment and expected to have the job done upon my arrival but was told it would be done “by the end of the day.” Negotiated back to 3pm as my wife had to work and needed her car by then. Also experienced significant upsell sales tactics. These things being said, the tires are great and I’m happy with the installation.”

“My 15 year old FASS lift pump died and I took it to RDP to get checked out. Karl quoted me some options, including replacing it with another FASS. He recommended a Fleece lift pump and I am so glad I went with his recommendation. My 2nd Gen Cummins runs better than it has ever before.I am definitely going back for a transmission rebuild, fuel injectors and a turbo and anything else I need for my truck.”
“I purchased a 2006 Scion tC from here and the main thing that I was really impressed by was the owner's patience. Originally I test drove it just for fun but when I got serious about buying it, the salesman was patient, he let me take it for a pre purchase inspection which was key, and he let me take it on a nice long test drive to really get a good feel for if the car was right for me. The negotiating process couldn't have been any easier. I came in with an offer, he made a VERY reasonable counteroffer, and I drove it off the lot. I could've taken the 3 month/3,000 mile warranty but since I have mechanical abilities, I took it as is. If you need a good and reasonably priced used car, your first and final stop should be Nationwide Autoworks!”
“I love going to this particular Mr. Tire location. I've been going there for years. The entire staff are really good at what they do. They let you know what the problem is with your vehicle and they explain everything to you so that you understand it. They are very efficient and they are always more reasonable than other shops when it comes to pricing. I love the fact that they make you feel warm and welcome. Sometimes my vehicle repairs are complete and I'll still be there watching TV. They also have very interesting shows on and I often get caught up in them and the Staff doesn't mind that I'm still there watching the TV. Lol! I just love the Guys over there! Go check them out!”

“We had an issue with our RV oven, which we use quite a bit. For a year, it had not been staying lit. We tried all the normal things, even replacing the pilot assembly. Two other companies tried to fix it, with zero results. I took it to George at Premier and he promised fix it. It did take quite a while (partly due to slow arrival of parts), but it's fixed! He called to say he had baked a pot pie! Our first trip out, and the oven is working well. While the communication during the process could have been more prompt, we are very happy to have a working oven!”
