“I had gone to Rapid Wrench, as i was told by Take 5 Oil change in Medina that i needed a coolant flush ASAP. They had advised it was 149 dollars and that my coolant was black. I make an appt at Rapid Wrench as i also needed brakes. I was surprised when Rapid Wrench called and told me i did not need a coolant flush and that my car fax had reported it was already done recently. Rapid does fantastic work, their communication is excellent and my car was completed as promised for the price quoted. Highly recommend for all of your car care needs. Thank you !!”
“I was a bit concerned when my favorite automobile repair store, NTB, was sold to another company. But my experience with Ed, today’s sales manager, was outstanding. He was very friendly and walked me through the various options for some of the service options I needed for my car. When I had to buy a new tire for my 2011 Lexus since I hit a curb and damaged the tire, Ed offered me several options knowing that I didn’t want to put a lot of money in a car with almost 199,000 miles. Thanks Ed and thanks NTB for hiring such terrific service personnel.”
“The guys at Burnt Rubber took great care of my truck, and me! Unexpectedly, my exhaust rusted out, and was dragging on the ground. I was able to temporarily tie it up enough to get it home. I called a few repair shops, however they said the earliest they could get it in was in about 4 days. Not having a spare vehicle, I couldn't wait that long. I got a referral from a friend to call Dave from Burnt Rubber Garage. I explained my situation, and he moved his schedule around to work my repair in for that same day. He gave me honest/fair pricing, and was able to make the repair saving me from having to deal with getting a rental car, juggling schedules, etc... Great customer service, and quality work... I would highly recommend them!”
“I stopped in just to see the “NEW” 2021 Envision’s and I ended up test driving it. I fell in love with the new body model and the inside of the vehicle is what truly sold me.
Joshua was our salesman and he was great through our entire process. The entire team at Strongsville GMC has been amazing.
I currently own a 2017 Envision and looking at the new model, there is no comparison in terms of looks.
My Buick always has been a super safe, no issue car for me and my family. As of now I will not look at another make vehicle.

“These guys are absolutely awesome! I bought a vintage 1979 Ford Bronco to restore. I went to probably about 15 repair/restoration shops and as soon as I was done talking to these guys, I knew that this was the place I was going to trust with my vehicle. For starters, everyone who works there seems really passionate about what they do. These guys were excited to hear my repair/restoration plans and even offered advice and tips on how to tackle everything. I had a huge laundry list of things that I wanted them to fix and replace and they went through everything, and then thoroughly explained to me what they thought was salvageable, and what needed to be repaired or replaced. “This is a really great shop. I stopped on a whim to get new tires for my work car. And they had me in and out (without an appointment) in about an hour. When some of the aluminum shells on my old lug nuts cracked, they offered to replace them with one piece lug nuts for free. I went back again to get my TPMS sensors replaced, and my experience was just as good. The prices are fair. The staff is not focused on upselling you. The service times are fast. And they have always treated me fairly. I would recommend Discount Tire to my friends and family. They have become my preferred tire shop.”
“Hard to imagine that it's been over 25 years since we needed body work on any of our vehicles. At the time, we went to Smitty's Auto Body. When we recently needed repair on one of our vehicles, we went to the same body shop, but now under new ownership. We were told most of the same people still worked there. It gave us confidence to secure their shop for our body work, as we had excellent service at that time. D&S FAR exceeded our expectations. From the front desk, we were met with a smile, a friendly face and a very helpful attitude. She assured us we would have no other concerns; they would take care of everything. We did not have to worry about dealing with the insurance or securing a rental car.
We were updated throughout the process and reassured there were no unforeseen issues. There were no delays, and our vehicle was actually ready ahead of schedule. At pickup, the owner made sure we were satisfied with their work, thanked us for using D&S, and took care of returning rental car to Enterprise.

“I don’t have enough space to say all the good things I would like to say about the team and service at Tide Source. My wife needed a tire shop for specialty tires (camper) on a weekend after buying a used camper. Curtis took the time for multiple planning phone calls, then when the day came, he personally blocked traffic while we backed the camper into the lot and he put on our new tires, all just before closing time. He was familiar with towing trailers and he had great advice. The rest of the crew that I talked to was also courteous. (Good thing we decided to buy the tires before getting on the interstate- Curtis found a separated band in one of the tires that would have led to a blow out on the interstate.)”

“I just wanted to say how pleased we are with the work we had done on our rv. They did a remarkable job restoring our coach to a pristine condition. Our rv is from the early 2000’s and had a lot of swirly decals on it. They stripped those off and painted on new ones that looked better than the originals. The upper half of the coach was gel coat , heavily chalked up. They buffed that part to a high shine . Remarkable. They replaced other factory decals that were faded and lifting off. Their attention to detail was most impressive. The coach looks absolutely brand new. Would highly recommend work from this company.”
