“The guys at Burnt Rubber took great care of my truck, and me! Unexpectedly, my exhaust rusted out, and was dragging on the ground. I was able to temporarily tie it up enough to get it home. I called a few repair shops, however they said the earliest they could get it in was in about 4 days. Not having a spare vehicle, I couldn't wait that long. I got a referral from a friend to call Dave from Burnt Rubber Garage. I explained my situation, and he moved his schedule around to work my repair in for that same day. He gave me honest/fair pricing, and was able to make the repair saving me from having to deal with getting a rental car, juggling schedules, etc... Great customer service, and quality work... I would highly recommend them!”

“We had an issue with our RV oven, which we use quite a bit. For a year, it had not been staying lit. We tried all the normal things, even replacing the pilot assembly. Two other companies tried to fix it, with zero results. I took it to George at Premier and he promised fix it. It did take quite a while (partly due to slow arrival of parts), but it's fixed! He called to say he had baked a pot pie! Our first trip out, and the oven is working well. While the communication during the process could have been more prompt, we are very happy to have a working oven!”

Originally I test drove it just for fun but when I got serious about buying it, the salesman was patient, he let me take it for a pre purchase inspection which was key, and he let me take it on a nice long test drive to really get a good feel for if the car was right for me. My chevy cruze had a failing turbo and he got me a new one, valve covers and all and the price was nearly 1/2 of what a dealership would’ve told me, with 10x the honesty at Williams Auto. he even showed me the parts that were broken/failing when i picked my car up so i saw what he fixed and that it was really a issue and he wasn’t making up stuff.He even had me come in for a checkup to make sure my car was good! i’d recommend this shop to anybody especially if you want honesty.as a woman i get nervous lots of mechanics might lie to me about what’s wrong or i’ve had 500 dollar bills turn into 800 at other shops with little explanation. im glad ive found a honest person i can bring my car to.”
