“I had the best experience at this store! I needed a new phone, so I called ahead and talked to Nolan- he was very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. When I arrived at the store, I didn't have all the information I needed to make changes to the account, and while I fumbled around trying to figure it all out, Nolan was patient and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I was finally able to access my account and was off with a new phone very quickly and easily! During the set-up of the phone at home, I encountered an issue, and called the store. I talked to an employee and he helped me troubleshoot until we'd solved the problem. I was so thankful to both of these employees for making this process as stress-free and quick as possible! I'd highly recommend this store for your phone needs.”
