“my name is Tom my wife has had a account with Aaron's for a few years and we have got a few different things from the Urbana, Ohio store which has excellent customer service . Carrie the manager has been extremely help to me ,you see i loss my wife July 28 of this year and i had no clue that she belonged to a club thru Aarons called Aarons club .I was about to return a lap top my wife had just got to go back to school to get her Masters degree ,when i called and talk to Carrie she explained to me that Melanie my wife was in Aaron's club ,and that i may get the 3 thing's on my rental account FREE . I of course said how she told me that Aaron's club is like a insurance policy ,you pay a little extra ever month ,and as long as your payments are made on time and your club payments were up to date .All i had to do was bring a copy of Melanie's death certificate and sign some paper work ,she would send them to the main office for them to review everything .And to i got a phone call from Carrie telling me that my account was paid in full ,needless to say I THANKED her for all that she has done for me ....i feel that Aarons is a great place to do business with especially Ubrana,Ohio Store ...go see Carrie and tell her Tom Whitten sent you she will take great care of you .Sincerely and ever so gratefulTom Whitten”
