Jaime was knowledgeable, kind, informative, and all around a pleasure to talk with. He looked at my camera, tested a few things, and ultimately gave me the answers I needed. In less than 15 minutes Jaime saved me what would have been weeks of stress. And because he didn't do repairs or work on the camera, he didn't charge me a penny. “Best record store in Central Ohio! The owners are friendly, helpful, and know how to properly grade the condition of an album. When it says VG+, it is VG+! All of their inventory is high quality used albums (and a few CDs) so don't go looking for the latest Taylor Swift release on Record Store Day – you won't find it there for a least a few days! :) My personal shopping experience has been great. David Lewis has introduced me to some fantastic artists I would never have heard of without his caring enough to share his encyclopedic knowledge of music, and I've found some amazing jazz & Brit-pop records there over the years just thumbing through the stacks and enjoying the vibe. Go there, buy an album, and be glad stores like this still exist!”

I had a question about which games were compatible with my Xbox and was taken care of. One of the two games was on sale so I was happy to find out at the register that I was saving a bit of money. Stop in and take a look around. You most likely will leave with something and will be happy you stopped in!”

“Plumber bail on me today didn't want the hassle of trying to find a odd part for a facet. So headed to Sutherlands and found a wonderful sales associate that not only helped me find the right thing but gave me some insight to the problem I was having with the shower. Hade it fixed in 30 mins good as new. With the money I saved on the Plumber was able to up Grade. to a better setup.
