“Rosie did an amazing job the morning of my rental. She dealt with 2 very difficult customers in front of me in line, remained patient, and got them taken care of without incident. She quickly handled my paperwork, and hooked up my trailer. While doing so, she dropped a very heavy trailer tongue on her foot, - obviously injuring her - and she soldiered on to help the next customer in line without complaint. That girl deserves a raise/promotion.”
“Jim was the guy that helped me rent a 5 foot by 9 foot open trailer. I had never towed anything before and he hooked it up to my truck and everything. I asked him questions (since I never towed before) and he didn't make me feel dumb or anything. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a basic way so I understood. “Excellent place to have a storage unit. Good security, good prices, and clean and we'll kept. Vista Storage has better customer service than 99% of businesses I've interacted with. Everytime I called them or went into the office they were very helpful and accommodating. Great location, as it is safe and out of the way, but still close by to town. Highly recommend this place if you are in need of storage. Best storage facility in the area!”
